"Might not be a good idea to ask a question here. They all seem to be reinforcing poor customer service skills. Hoped to grab an estimate to ship something, but was sent away because their computers couldnt map it out. Also, weird but fed ex does not have a special desktop box, they just wrap and wrap and wrap. Weird. Noting they were courteous and apologetic. No shade, but what will now happen is I will go somewhere else. Staff were kind tho."
