"I paid $145 for delivery and set up! Ceva just dumped it in my garage and said that's all they were supposed to do. I confirmed with Costco and Ceva's national office that I had, in fact, paid for that service. So now I have to wait 4 days for Costco to send someone to set it up and I can't get our other car in the garage to park or charge. I am beyond pissed and what a terrible customer service experience from both of these companies!!"

"No stars if I could! Ordered an item that was in the neighboring state. I received an email & voice message that I could schedule my deliver date. The phone number in the message didn't even work to schedule the delivery date. It took several tries to even get tracking to work on the website. Well the delivery didn't come, over a week later it is still not here. The website doesn't give me any recent tracking other than it went from Utah to CA (I'm in Arizona) and that it departed CA on the 19th with no updates since. The original delivery data was for the 17th. The Ceva website is useless, they don't respond to emails, & don't answer the phone even after being on hold for over an hour. Tried calling my local Ceva office & same problem. There have been no further communications from Ceva to notify me of delays or to reschedule. I called the company I bought the item from & they couldn't help either. All you can do is go to the Ceva website & reschedule my delivery date but I can reschedule it every single day & it won't be delivered because who knows where it is. As I write this I had a reschedule for today & again a no show & no tracking telling me where my item is. Avoid this company at all cost if you have a choice of carriers."

"Ordered two large pergolas from a popular online retailer which uses Ceva for delivery of such items. I was told the items would be placed where I wanted them and the driver would call to set up a delivery appointment. The call never came and they just showed up unannounced. I happened to be home so I directed them to takenthe items to the back. The driver responded with, "We don't do dat." and then dropped it right in the street. I protested and they said they would move it in the back for $250. There you have it."

"One of the worst shipping company. I ordered my item on 11/25/2019 on Costco online, its a TV. Item shipped on 11/26/2019. I was hoping I will get it in few days, mostly 11/30. But I was keep waiting and by 12/10/2019 I called Costco customer care. They asked me to call CEVA customer care. When I contacted CEVA, they asked me to schedule the delivery. Wait a minute. Do I have to call them and schedule a devliery? This was not informed to me. This is the failure by Costco system. Still I asked them to schedule the delivery, first date available was 12/19 between 10am - 2pm. I was waiting for the delivery. Luckily my wife was at home, I did not have to take off from my work. The TV was not delivered on 12/19. No information updated from CEVA as well. As I checked the tracking, there is no further progress. My location is Tucson. The item location showing as Phoenix. Looks like they did not move it to Tucson even after I scheduled it for delivery. On 12/30 I again contacted Costco customer care. Again they asked me to check with the CEVA. I called them. They scheduled it for 12/31 between 10am - 2pm again. On 12/31, today, I am still waiting. I hope they are not going to deliver it. I called CEVA customer care, just to make sure it will deliver or not. They asked me to call Tucson CEVA office. I already tried calling them on 12/19, no answer. I told CEVA customer care I already called them but no answer, after I said that they told me Tucson office has a phone problem. I dont know why they asked me to contact them by knowing that there is a phone problem. Then they said they will email Tucson office. I need to wait what is going to happen. I also tried calling Tucson CEVA office, as expected, no answer. Its time for COSTCO to partner with some other better logistics company."

"Online Costco purchase. Item was stalled in Phoenix for six days on the way to Tucson. No one called me to schedule delivery. I had to call them. After that, they did show up when they said they would. Threshold delivery didnt give me time to inspect the TV to see if it was damaged. The box was a bit beat up but was hopeful everything was okay. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Apparently it was dropped and the TV was damaged beyond use. I had to take the thing back to Costo, after all that waiting and hassle. I live 30 miles from the nearest Costco store."
