"I have used R &L shipping now for probably 10 years. I know people say they never do this. They never write nice things about other companies and that would really be true in my case but in the case of this company, I just have to say they are exemplary. Every employee on a local level and beyond is on their game you can’t beat them and I have used other carriers.."

"They lost a shipment for two weeks while telling me that "last night we delivered to our partner carrier". They said the same thing for two weeks. When the pallet showed up 1/4 of the merchandise was not just damaged but destroyed. Now have to get a replacement. I hope to never do business with them again."

"The driver that just showed up at my house had an attitude right off the back about getting up my driveway. We have a 4 acre lot with plenty of room for 18 wheeler turn around and R&L has delivered here before. Today the guy literally just drove off with my goods that are now considered stolen as not one person will take my call and has not called back."

"My first shipment as a company.. They filled the bill of lading out wrong. They lost half my shipment. They don't claim responsibility for loss because client signed a "bill of lading" saying the package was delivered. (Bill of lading said 1 pallet, 2 boxes of 3 were delivered, one box must have fallen off somewhere) After multiple attempts to correct with management and other employees, nobody takes charge of my case. Nobody keeps me in the loop. On top of that they keep sending bills to me even though I paid for all of the shipment upfront. The check was cashed by them, but they are still trying to get more money. Don't know how this company is so large? How can they have any repeat business? Very disappointed. Its for 500 bucks so I don't know if its worth my time in court, but this company definitely need some lessons in ethics and responsibility. Live and learn I guess. I would highly recommend any other company in Tucson other than R&L. I wish they could gain my trust again, but Im far from that at the moment.
