Arrived 10min BEFORE departure time on pre-purchased ticket & driver Antonio was incredibly rude & disrespectful to my elderly mother, speaking to her as if she were late & had altered the schedule. My mom stood up for herself & he had the audacity to SHUT THE VAN DOOR & LEAVE WITHOUT HER! Thankfully the cashier did everything in her power to give us a refund. Will most definitely NOT be using this shuttle service again!!"
"My mother in law had 3 bags and the driver was very rude to her saying that next time she can only bring one. The shuttle was literally empty. And there is NO SIGN saying the is a bag limit! I do not recommend"
