"If I were able to give NO stars I would! This was awful, terrible, shocking experience with the delivery guy and the company as a whole. We bought a gun safe from Tractor Supply, and they used this delivery company to deliver our new 500+ gun safe. The delivery man came ALONE, loaded the crate incorrectly on the pallet jack from within the panel truck, he then struggled the whole time with the crate and was not able to pull up the driveway. He almost dropped the crate in the street! After several attempts, he said, "I will have to leave it here in the street, since we delivery curb side only." I said, "Excuse me, but no!” “Why are you saying that now, AFTER you are not able to pull to driveway?" I asked him for his supervisor’s phone number, he refused to give me that information, so I googled the company, called, spoke to Brian, who was no help, rude, impolite, unprofessional! After getting nowhere with Brian, I asked Brian to speak to his supervisor and he said he did not have one. I asked him, are you the owner, he first said yes, then said no. Brian would not give me his supervisors phone number, but finally did transfer me to "Jim's" voicemail. I left Jim a voicemail while watching the delivery man struggle again, reloading the 500+ gun safe back into the panel truck! Not sure is I will ever hear back from Jim or anyone from XPO in general! I also have a video of the whole unprofessional, incompetent, and rude experience. I wish Google would allow me to post a video along with the review for others to see what to expect when using this delivery company! FAIR WARNING, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE XPO LOGISTICS!!!"

"Delivery promised between Nov. 10-15 at 8pm. Six days when I needed to have someone home to meet the truck. Tracking was useless, the indicator never moved off "shipped." My first notice of delay was when 8pm came round on the 15th. No communication."

"I was supposed to get my delivery of a mattress on Fri Jan 14. And not to mention it’s been delayed a couple times already. Well before I scheduled the delivery I made sure to tell them I lived on a military base, which they said was important info. Also I was supposed to receive a call the day prior to delivery to confirm (which I never got) then I get a call the morning of the delivery saying they are 13 minutes away but they can’t come on base because neither drivers brought their IDs. Now I’m gonna have to wait til next week because they are only in the area certain days of the week. My question is why do they have drivers driving around without their license and how come I have to wait til next week instead of finding someone to fix THEIR mistake to deliver my bed the day it’s supposed to be delivered?"

"First of all, I get a call at 6am Friday morning telling me that the delivery would be between 9:30 - 1:30. Lowe's told me that we should get a call the night before the delivery. The driver's should up shortly after I received their call. They were suppose to deliver an oven to include setting it up. My stepson (29) was home for the delivery. They hooked up the gas to the oven and that was it. Left all the paper covering the oven and told my stepson that they could not remove it because of COVID (BS). We also paid to have the old oven removed. The old oven was set in front of our house and they told my stepson they would be back to pick it up. This is now the following day mid-afternoon and it is still sitting there after calling XPO twice. Their response is that they can't get a hold of anyone. Today I am going to Lowe's and asking that they no longer use XPO. Not professional and not reliable."

"XPO was designated as the carrier for an order I made from MYX Fitness. They arranged delivery for Sunday, Aug 22nd at 0930 am. I called them at 10, was told they were running behind and that it could be anytime from then until 7 pm. I called at 7:10 and was was told they do not deliver on Sundays and to call back during the week to reschedule. I called multiple times, each time following prompts then getting an error message saying "this number is not able to be reached from your area". Finally, someone answers, they want to schedule me for the following Sunday. I explain the situation, they put me on hold and drop the call....three times. I then get a call from the local dispatcher that apologizes and schedules me for Friday morning. Friday comes and I get a call saying they had an issue with their driver but they will definitely deliver Saturday morning. Saturday morning: I get a call from the delivery driver to notify me he's on his way. I then get a text asking if I'm meeting him at the gate because he can't drive on and he tells me that they'll need me to show them how to get to my house and that they're only leaving my gym at the front door, even though the invoice includes "in-room set up and removal of trash". Apparently they haven't heard of google maps? I meet the 2 drivers at the gate. One of them tells me that he's "banned from military installations", the other doesn't have a driver's license. I called their local dispatcher. Someone picks up, laughs, and hangs up. The next calls go straight to voice-mail. The drivers say they couldn't get a hold of anyone either so "call back to schedule another delivery"."
