"This rating is for the Tucson AZ area. Their customer service is the worst. I called the yard to see why my stop off was late. They gave me a 4 hour window and couldn’t meet that! When I spoke to a supervisor at the yard he said the truck had a flat. And I asked why no one called me to give me an update. He said “we don’t do that! Is there anything else?” What kind of customer service is that? When the driver finally showed up he said his start time was 11 am and no trucks had a flat tire. So the supervisor was caught in a lie as well. DON’T USE THE TUCSON ABF!!!!"
"We made a RT drive to Spokane for storage items. Largest UHaul cargo trailer was not enough. UPack has been a blessing! Unit delivered to secure ABF facility. Open M-F and three days after you arrive to get unit unloaded. Wish we had done this for whole process! Courteous, efficient staff!"
