"We had a mailbox here. When it was under the previous management, it was perfect. Esther was amazing and everyone was so friendly. When the new management came in, the new employees were horrible. Not organized, kept getting other people's mail, list goes on. We did not renew our mail contract with them. Will never return to that location even though it is less than a mile away. NEW EXPERIENCE: Manager lady is extremely rude and arrogant right off the bat, why pay for a service and when thry literally don't deliver, no refund, what's the point. Feel stupid we even gave them a second chance, but that's on me. This place has gone so downhill, even worse than before."

"The box I needed to ship was 15" x 11" x 8". They charged me for a box that was 16" x 12" x 8". Looks like they have their thumb on the scale. Even after I showed them with their own tape measure they still insisted on the larger dimensions. Shipper beware."

"Just dropped an Amazon return off not realizing the package they sent it in was manufacturs packaging and not going to ship back well. The gentleman who was Informing me of this definitely had the wrong approach and was very rude but a very nice lady by the name of Cynthia took over and explained it in a much nicer tone and went out of her way to help me get the package out.
