"I used 4 Hire Trucking several times for gravel, rock, riprap and backfill. They never made a schedule on time. Loads appeared to be lite, but this last time, they delivered quote, "from their garbage pile" which was suppose to be backfill that I had ordered. When I called about this issue. The Owner Dave was less than professional. Did not let me talk, but rather would interrupt and immediately Segway into a rebuttal. He also accused me of lying. Bottom line, it did not seem like he at all wanted to correct the issue. As I am a business professional myself. I understand that customers / clients really do not want to hear excuses. They really at the end of the day want you to take ownership over the issue and correct it. 4 Hire was not capable of doing this. For that reason I will never use their services again. I had to go with a different trucking company who was prompt, professional, on time and overall a pleasure to work with. They on very short notice sent two trucks to complete a same day delivery on a Saturday. What a way to win business. But that is another review."
