"One star because there is not a lower score. Out of 12 boxes, 1 lost, 4 badly damaged, 2 more damaged, the rest sort of okay. We shipped from Tucson to Seattle for a trade show. UPS picked up our 12 boxes with a virtually empty semi. The driver stacked them in the front of the trailer, unsecured. I very much suspect that the damage was done between our home and the UPS freight terminal We had to buy new boxes for the return trip, that time we used large, heavy duty boxes, purchased from UPS, they were on a pallet which was shrink wrapped and metal banded, they still managed to rip a corner out of one of the boxes."
