"I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Siaz or his front desk people, the nurse that was there was kind and understanding that what I have going on is uncomfortable and painful. As a woman of 28 I sat in his office for almost an hour with no pants on waiting for him to come in, when he spoke he spoke to the nurse who wrote all his notes for him. Dr. Siaz was short with me and made me feel more uncomfortable. At the desk they leave you with no paperwork for the visit the gal at the front desk is rude and short with you. I had 2 prescriptions prescribed that my insurance didn't cover and I called them 3 times to let them know that my insurance didn't cover them and they kept sending the same script over to the pharmacy and told me to pay for it out of pocket. which is not something I can do right now. I had to go back to my primary care to get a different referral to see a doctor in Kingman. When my primary care requested the notes from my visit they were denied and told they were incomplete. If you have an option to seek medical care from a different doctor I would recommend you do so. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and wont be back."
