Field Elementary School

"If you can take your children somewhere else, do it! The pick up and drop off situation here is enough for me to take my son elsewhere. The students should not be getting on the buses in front of the school. And the vans picking up kids after school should be loading NOT in the pick up zone. They need to change some things and do some things smarter. The principal should be out front with a horn telling kids to pay attention for their rides. Nobody puts in effort so everyone is lost. Frustrating!! It's sad because the teachers are great but that all doesn't matter if parent pick up and drop off is MISERABLE."

"The teachers are great but the front office has some serious issues. I went in for a job and was treated like a moron for not knowing the layout of a school I've never been to (this is, of course, after I walk in and get told "oh, you LOOK tired" when I respond to a half-hearted "how are you?") If they treat colleagues this poorly, I can only imagine how they are towards parents or children."

"My daughter has high functioning autism and started in the self contained classroom. Teachers very tolerant and supportive. She was able to mainstream into typical classroom and still have the support she needed to succeed and earn all A's."

"If you are thinking of sending your child here, you may want to rethink it. 1/2 of the teachers were beyond the beyond rude to me, and I don't even remember breaking one rule. Another reason is the office is extremely rude, I can't even get the time of day out of them without being yelled at. When I entered Junior High, I decided to visit my old teacher like most students do, I decided to ask the office becuase I don't break the rules, and what did they say?
