"Attempted multiple times to communicate with Amanda Irwin to get an appointment scheduled as I am in desperate need of getting back into therapy after losing my father. Wrote 4/21, did not receive a response. Emailed again 4/26 asking for follow up and received response 4/27. Wrote back 4/27 and have never received a response and it is now 5/11. Truly unfortunate that there is this bad of communication happening when it’s a business involved in mental health dealings time is truly imperative. Would not recommend if you’re in a hurry for help as they seem to be struggling with something as simple as responding and confirming an appointment time. Update 5/13: Amanda Irwin had the nerve to call me today and initially acted very apologetic about the above information in my initial post and admitted to dropping the ball, etc. She asked if she could rectify the problems and get me scheduled ASAP but I told her I felt I would not be comfortable in their care any longer considering how things were so mishandled. After this, she had the audacity to ask me if I could remove my google review. So obviously she was not truly sorry at all and was not really concerned for my well-being, she was only calling out of her own selfishness because she was worried about her stars on google. Truly disgusted."
