"My apts have been canceled now 4 times due to “employee call ins” while I think things happen, and I understand there is often no apology or attempt to provide good customer service by offering an alternative or same day add in. Highly disappointed."

"Never any availability, I've only been three times but the ladies I've seen either aren't available or the only do light massages. I've emailed a couple of times, no responses. Prices have gone up with no warning. I'm just going to cancel my membership and go elsewhere"

"EmmaLee is amazing, best there is! This Gilbert location seems a little outdated and in need of some upgrades… starting with the beds/tables. The tables are so hard and uncomfortable! My lower back hurts so bad when I leave, kinda counterproductive. PLEASE GET BETTER PADDED TABLES!!!"

"Same day availability, when I called in. Receptionists kind and explained all the options (lived the lavender relaxation oil). Hailey was very sweet and gave a gentle relaxing massage. Only suggestion is to fix the door on the first massage room since it won't close all the way."

"06/13/2020 So today it happened again .. had un emergency call 5 hour ahead to cancel the appointment.. and she said she have to charge my account 50% . No more chance for this branch .. managment is really bad .. do not reply auto apology.. So I use the place since September 2017 .. everything was great tell today .. phone call from rude girl (name sillin ) or whatever name she has .. ! Saying that I missed un appointment , i always put my appointment with reminder one day before .. she said they called me yesterday ! Mybe I miss the call , I got over 50 call per day ! I ask to reschedule the appointment , she decide to charge me 50% of the session .. I said if u gonna charge me I will deal with it , but sure message Envy lost customer for bad customer service , for any reason I will not accept to be charged for service I didn't get !"
