"I visited due to a painful mucus buildup in the sinus canals around my ears as an effect of a cold, and not only did my doctor give me an in-depth explanation about what was going on, but also took a look at the medications I was taking for it and advised me a much better, more effective one. The pressure had been bothering me for days but not even 24 hours after my visit the advice she had given me made it go away almost instantly! Not only did I feel better, but her willingness to answer my questions also made me feel 100% secure in my health. 10/10 would go again!"

At the Queen Creek facility, from entrance to exit, their level of service was absolutely stellar!  We were able to make appointments with ease and the wait time was minimal. "Previously they were really good but then they changed. Never bothered to tell patients that their NP Melissa Brown left even when patients had sn appointment with her. Heck even the medical assistant never said a word as she was drawing my blood when I mentioned this was being done so Melissa knew which dosage to write for the Rx and still they let me believe Melissa still worked there even though she left months before. Shameful to lie to patients like that — especially since so many of us had traveled a long way to see her. Then there was the issue of getting my prescriptions since Melissa left and no one knew what to do. Got the runaround and someone I never met finally filled it for me but jeez, all they had to do was tell patients in advance that their NP left and give them the choice whether to see another one or go elsewhere. Poorly handled situation. Three stars because the office billing was handled efficiently and the office was clean."
