"Apparently this company doesn't need drivers. I called about a week ago still no response"
"I love working here, these guys take good care of their drivers, trucks and freight, i don't think you could find a better company"
"Dillon Transportation is a very professional company to work for. They have excellent benefits, their equipment is top notch. They treat their employees with respect. I guess the only way to sum them up, is that they treat you like family."
"34 hour home time once a week Dispatcher calls and wakes you up as soon as your 10 hours is up even when you have enough time to make it to your delivery and states its federal law....yeah federal law...talk about taking that law out of context, obviously no regard for the driver, who's made all of his past appointments! No safety straps available to secure your load and when advising dispatch they advise you to climb into all the empty trailers to look for some. Safety is obviously not a priority Mr. Clark! Hopefully Mr. Clark cares enough about his company to read this! Over 17 years of driving experience and this is by far the worst company to have worked for and I have not worked for many. Note to management: quit micromanaging your drivers, they are already racing a clock, following DOT regulations, dealing with civilian drivers and who are putting their lives on the line every day, being away from their homes and families and just let them do their JOB!!! It would be smarter for you to micromanage your hourly paid employees....maybe your dispatchers can go climb into empty trailers to look for safety straps while they're eating up those hourly wages!! It makes absolutely no sense into why to hire someone to do a job and NOT let them do it, this just causes your company to lose valuable time, money and assets. What a waste of time on both ends. I guess I should have read the reviews first....pretty disgusting and disappointing!! Truck smelled like an ashtray, no inverter, no fridge, no microwave. Wanted you to only buy diesel if absolutely necessary so no points at truck stops or free showers. Lack of communication on one of the loads....team drivers waiting while I ate and took a shower after 2 days because dispatch failed to advise me they were waiting. All this in under 2 weeks.....epic fail Dillon Transport. I can't imagine there's too many drivers that would deal with all that especially old school hard working drivers that actually live in the area. Epic, Epic FAIL!!"
"Husband was fired for a not receiving a complete message from their Qualcomm. While turning in his keys he over heard a dispatcher telling another driver that they have the wrong trailer and they need to go back and get the correct one. Driver refuses and he has a job, but my husband got fired for their equipment not working properly."
