"Absolutely love S.E.E.K. Arizona on Alma School Road in Mesa! The staff is amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They’ve been awesome with the ABA therapy and support services, making a real difference in our lives. It’s great to find a place that gets the challenges and celebrates the strengths. Huge thanks to the team for everything!"
"We really appreciate the team at SEEK and all they’ve done for my son since he got his autism diagnosis. We’d have been lost with out their ABA program and family counseling."
"This place is an awful place to work. Management to employees are not welcoming. The owner only hires her friends and young adults. They have no sense of how to train, team work, nor are they supportive. If this would allow, I would give no stars and encourage no one to use this organization."
"We only lasted 3 months with them due to them ending services with us because they didn't have any employees to work with my son. The services we were receiving were ABA/EHS. It first started with them trying to move their central Phx ABA to another nearby location, with then 3 weeks later they decided to scratch that and close the location permanently on short notice. They then transitioned my child to provide ABA services at home which was not helping my child. Sometimes their technicians will not show up yet their management couldn't have the decency to communicate that to us; leaving us hanging. It was management's responsibility to communicate that with us. It turned out that ALL their ABA technicians were quitting on them. therefore he was getting a new technician every 4 weeks providing inconsistency. The MOST important thing for a child with ASD is CONSISTENCY, which they did not have. I certainly would not recommend their ABA program as I predict that more employees will be leaving due to management not being fair to them. The only good thing was that the therapists/technicians that were working directly with my son were professional and demonstrated compassionate care; they literally tried their best. They even offered to help me find other options for him outside SEEK, as they saw the hopelessness I was feeling due to my child not being able to receive the services he needed. All the company cared about is budgeting and NOT their families/children with special needs. I hope this can be helpful for families with special needs children."
"Very vague process. Seemed very sketchy. When I asked for their fax number to send over referrals they acted very strange, kept asking me to bring the paper work in and that they wouldn't see my child without the paper. That it took weeks to transfer a referral. (we transferred one on the 16th. It took an hour) they seemed very confused and we're not professional."
