"This place is a joke, they do not return calls for refills on meds, the therapists show up 10 minutes late to the appointments and the staff is so rude. If you are looking for quality service and qualified therapists, this is not the place to go. The therapists are here to earn their hours for their license and once they get the hours they leave to another agency, leaving the client to start all over with a new therapist. My child has been through 6 different therapists because they all quit and the NP only works 2 days part time, so if you need immediate help from the provider you are better off going to the ER. I highly encourage people to look somewhere else for services, there are many other places that have standards for their therapists and truly care about the client, this is not one of them."

"Do not use this practice. They are very disorganized. They collected the intake fee from me but then everything went down hill fast. They scheduled me for several appointments without telling me, scheduled me when the facilities were closed, scheduled times I didn't ask for etc... I was never able to make it to my first actual appointment because I was "discharged" for missing appointments I never scheduled and was never made aware of... then Claudia sent an "accidental email" threatening to charge me $110 for every appointment. They continuously harassed me until I decided to go to the AZ MED BOARD. Magically they immediately refunded the fraudulent charges. I wouldn't trust them."

"Had an in person appt today, they seent me a text, with their address 335 N Alma School rd ste E, I get there and the counselor, Azuzala, sends me a text saying they look forward to our zoom meeting..ugh! If they can't even get appointments correct how can they help anyone. I have zero faith in getting help from people that can't even get appointments right...how hard is it? I call there to reschedule, yes the door is locked, and all I got was empty space, had to keep asking if she was even on the phone. I guess I shouldn't be surprized they can't keep an appt, they have problems even making them. Discusted I took the day off from work for their unprofessional mistake that leave zero faith in their abilities to help anyone."

"I have had a great experience with Lifeline. My counselor is absolutely amazing. I have never had trouble with scheduling or getting on zoom for my telehealth appointment. Will continue to go here and recommend to others."
