"In may of this year, I completed an assessment for EMDR Therapy. I am unfortunately on medicaid at the moment. And this is one of the few places that I can get help. I was scheduled to begin therapy in July and when I went to start. I was told that the woman that did my assessment was no longer with the company. And that any information about my assessment and the upcoming e. M. DR appointment was. Lost. I kept trying to reach someone to try and discuss another option. No one ever called me back so finally. I reached a gatekeeper that was willing to help and did find the information that someone else told me was no longer in the system. And then I actually had a case manager named darby. Upon reaching darby, she told me that I needed to be put on a waiting list to begin therapy . That was the last time I spoke to her in. That was a month and a half ago."
"Through the removal of our children, this agency was assigned to help with therapy for 2 of our 3 children. Have had a couple issues, mainly with the Microsoft teams camera meeting application, and having a hard time getting communication positively understood. It is a very hard situation for my family to be going through, and we are trying our best to maintain high hopes. I am very grateful for the manager Carlos, he had joined in our last meeting and understood the situation and had made a point to the needs of our children to come home in a healthy manner. I want to make a huge shout out to Carlos for being there and having compassion for my family. Thank you."
"I called to request counseling services for myself and my son’s father. I completed an hour long intake and was told that I would be contacted by a counselor within two weeks. After a few phone calls back and forth with the counselor, she eventually told me that she didn’t think they could help us with our concerns. I’m truly baffled and discouraged. I feel that my time and energy were wasted. I would not recommend this facility."
