"My experience with this practice was horrible. After hip replacement surgery, I contacted Carefree Physical Therapy and asked if they were in network with Cigna. (Because there is no deductible as long as the provider is in network). I was assured they were in-network, so used them for my post-op PT. They collected my co-pay every week. Six months later, I started receiving large bills because they are NOT in network and there is a large deductible for out-of-network providers. My insurance did not pay a dime. Carefree Physical Therapy takes no responsibility for lying to me to get the business."
