"This place is lame. I called to get a refund when they over charged me. Told me to call a different location to speak to a manager.... then get interrogated by whoever answered the phone to be told. "He'll call you back." Her words were "you need to talk to the owner why?". Lose the attitude guys"

"This morning is my first time ordering a Post Workout, but my second time encountering this location, and both times were great! My first time, here (or ever) was, 3/25 and I ordered a pre workout shot, and the young lady and gentleman that day, were amazing, also (I didn’t get their names; just in time before closing) and were very knowledgeable in recommendations and very courteous. but today, Jack was who I encountered and was really great, very knowledgeable and interactive. He gave me the top flavors, with butterfinger being the first, I asked about it if the peanut butter is empowering (I like PB just not overwhelming to where it’s the only taste, and I LOVE LOVE LOVVVE chocolate) he said it does have a good amount of PB in it, but he said I should try it, so I did… was nervous at first and I joked, saying I would tell him I liked it either way, to not hurt anyone’s feelings lol but it really isn’t bad at all. 10/10 Highly recommend it AND this location! Phenomenon customer service Jack and staff, keep up the amazing job! :)"

"Shakes are pretty good, HOWEVER PLEASE KNOW THAT THEY ONLY USE REAL FRUIT IF YOU ASK FOR IT, other than that you’ll get syrup. I’ve purchased many protein shakes from them thinking I was being healthy, just to find out they’ve been giving me a high dose of sugar. As a diabetic Doingy best to be healthy, I definetly don’t appreciate that."

"The competition for the dollar is fearsome! I’m trying to support local businesses , as most of us are. When the girl behind the counter is rude and does not appreciate you supporting her paycheck, I have to draw the line. Just walking in the door of One Stop nutrition she says”what do you want “. And continues to carry attitude through the whole process! I always wondered why they are so slow, now I understand. For eight dollar drinks you would expect some friendly people or not ice down your drink so much. Great business model just wrong people."

"I've recently begun dropping my kid off at the daycare across the way in the mornings. Occasionally I'll come into One Stop for a shake, and I'm greeted with much more than that. Mr. Wyatt has shown nothing but exceptional customer service and has earned my return business. He actually takes time to listen to you about ya day, and never gives any indication of disinterest due to job obligations. Besides the great shakes, Wyatt is reason enough to stop by if you want a pleasant start to the mornin grind"
