"Hands down the staff here is just incredible! Diante was incredible at helping me with my pool! He even has a secret handshake with me! On top of all of this he even helped my youngest sibling with her math homework! Absolutely incredible worker! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is listed below: My only gripe was his height. He was too short to reach the top shelf and had to get a step ladder, and could barely see over the counter. He had to get on his tippy-toes to reach the register. Edit: I went back in and it turns out he went through a growth spurt and is now tall enough to reach the top shelf without going on his tip toes."

"The few times I’ve been in here, Chris and the other employees have always given me amazing customer service. I was able to easily get my water tested, setup an appointment with a tech for a heater install, and shop for some products I needed for my pool."

"Horrible, horrible place. Drove an hour to get there because of Shasta warrantee on pop ups. Sold me wrong model. Charged me for it...original owner. Went back to return it, another hour drive, and they couldn't figure out how to order the correct one. No manager on duty. Then they kept the one I paid for, that was warranted, which I didn't realize until I got home. Was told the manager would call me the next day which never happened. Overall the worst retail experience ever. And retailers wonder why we're going to internet buying.."

"Best Leslie’s in the area by far! Very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to service when you bring in your equipment. Fixed my pool cleaner in about 10 minutes and explained what they were doing along the way. These guys are awesome!"
