"Came in after a workout at LA Fitness - kind , beautiful Ashley (sp)? Helped me out. I had no clue what I wanted, she explained things and helped me narrow down, when I said, that sounds good but not that part, she helped me customize. I got a super yummy shake for ME and MY liking. Ashley could have been annoyed that I had no clue what was going on but she was kind chill patient and paid attention to me the whole time.
