"I did an online order on 10/11 to pick up at store - since I couldn’t pick up at the store the with in 24Hrs- the store manager cancelled my order by just giving a justification that “no longer available in the store “ . As per the email received from Sunglass Hut - I can pick my order by 10/20 , the store should hold my order , - not with in 24 Hrs of the order . Please be careful in case anyone planning to pick up from this store any online order."
"The store was randomly closed during normal business hours after I drove 30 minutes to return a pair of sunglasses. When attempting to call I would get the busy signal. Disappointing especially during the holiday season."
