"I love this store! Every time I have been in there for a return I have gotten the best help. Sometimes I have trouble with getting to the right screen on my phone and whomever is helping me always gets me where I need to be. I'm so thankful for their knowledge with the different phones to make my returns so easy. I sure do appreciate them."

"Staff is always efficient & courteous. As I get older, it is sometimes more difficult to make transactions, and they never rush me. Last week, a Staff member carried in a heavy package from my car, WITHOUT BEING ASKED. I will always use this location."

"They have always been professional, courteous and very friendly whenever I pick up my mail. Have had a mailbox there for years, get most of my mail there instead of at home. Am out of town frequently, so much safer there. Have even had my mail brought out to me, when drove up in my car, after surgery on my knee. Of course not during the busy winter time. Also they have helped me out with large heavy packages from time to time. So I will continue to do business. Testament to working there with so many unhappy customers, many have been there for years, so the owner must be doing something right. With so many businesses looking for workers, turnover is very low here. Thanks for being here for me. David Wood"

"I stopped in this morning to ship a laptop out using the prepaid shipping label from work. I brought it packaged in the box ready to go and asked for a simple 12 in long piece of tape to tape the box closed. I was advised it would be $2.00 for the piece of tape. Now I understand and I have seen people bringing stuff in to be shipped and not even have it boxed and ask for the store to deal with their mess and I don’t think that is right; however, charging everyone who asks for a simple piece of tape is going to cost you customers. I did not pay the $2.00 and I will not be returning to this location. So whoever the local owner of this location is you may want to rethink this policy. FYI I am a year around resident not a snow bird and I have previously shipped from this location many times, but not again. I will choose one of the more customer friendly locations in the future."

"When I arrived they were very busy. The line went out the door. However, service moved quickly and I was able to send a last minute birthday card to my daughter to arrive on time. I have used this location for some time and will admit that they get over busy in the winter. They get hit really hard by the population influx of winter visitors, but they still maintain business during the summer when we locals need it. Many local businesses cannot stay open during the summer so I appreciate it. I really don't know how many businesses can adjust for a yearly population shift of nearly 100%. This doesn't mean a business is being run poorly and in fact indicate good business to the locals."
