"I bought a 125cc cooster bike from these guys a year ago and I’ve called over the months for parts and etc they never have extra parts for the bikes they sale . Sorry to say it’s a headache and I will never do business with these guys again"

"I bought two coolster 125cc dirt bikes. The first one the clutch handle was broken before my kid could even ride the bike. The second one the chain snapped 30 minutes into his first ride and broke some internal components. I brought the bikes back to 4 seasons power sports. They repaired the broken chain and the internal components on the one bike but then accused me of dropping the first bike and braking the clutch handle. They put a clutch handle on the bike and then demanded more money for the repair. The bike was never dropped by me or anyone in my household.Then when I got home and tried to ride the bike they had put the wrong clutch handle on it and now the clutch will not engage. I am going to have to find a repair shop for a bike that has never been rode."

"BUYERS BEWARE!! I just bought a used VW Beetle from this company at their Mesa location. I test drove the car and everything seem to be fine. Made journey home to Tucson AZ which the car ran good. When it was time to get off the freeway at my exit the transmission failed. I pushed on the gas, the car reved up and didn’t move. I was stuck in the middle of the intersection a bit panicked. I put car in neutral and back in drive, and at that point the car started to move slightly. I kept doing that till I could get enough power to get down the road. I parked the car and there it’s sits. I now have to take it to the mechanic and I’m sure i am going to have to pay a large bill. These cars are not checked out. BEWARE if my teenage daughter was driving this it could have been very bad. Take a mechanic and a computer scanner so the car can be check out before buying. I will be calling them to see if they will help. I don’t think they will, it’s BUY AS IS."

"I read the review about the kids tire popping on him and I had the same thing happen 2 days ago. I called and they said they would not replace it and it was 25 for a tire.they told me it's because it had the wrong air in it. It had 5lbs. Max is 7lbs. This was the bike I bought off there showroom. I bought 2 others in boxes and there's alot they don't tell you in the instructions on how and what to adjust. I haven't even went thru a tank of gas. Update 3-21-19 went back up to buy another bike for parts and to get another tire and they were kind enough to give me another back tire and levers for free. I appreciate this being done. You asked me if I was the guy with the dirt bike and bike when u were trying to ask me about the review and that was not me. But I was the guy that bought 3 of those rockets from. I think u had the right review but wrong purchase when u asked. I was trying to let u k ow but u took the call and went in the office."

"So here is the updated review. Took the bikes out for the first ride, less than fifteen minutes and the tires seperated. My son's tire shredded and tossed him over the bars. All three bikes have shredded tires from riding in the dirt. Not deep dirt, just light field dirt. The dealer says they dont warranty tires and dont have a replacement tire for any of the bikes. Then told me that they would have to charge me to repair the tires. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... super sketchy buisness. Also, if you do, be aware that I have heard them give different prices to several people. From 270 to 330. Buyer beware... BBB will recieve the complaint. Also Phillips and Phillips law group handles these things and we have contacted them already. In regard to your response, the biles were picked up on the 20th. Tjey were only used for 30 minutes, before my sons tire went out. Looking at the tread wear, it is easy to see that they were not subjected to burnouts or skids, as there are no bald spots or worn down areas. Looking at the seond bikes tires, you can see how the tread is already seperating even as the tire is properly inflated still. I dont not understand how you can sell a priduct with a defect, and expect the customer to pay for any of the repair or replacement. It is apparent from the other disatisfied reviewers, that your hesitation or refusal to accept responsibilty for your products, translates to a lack business integrity and ethics."
