"Tsahai Dias is the best. I started at SFS in a true state of SOS. Enough cannot be said for how low I truly was. We came up with a plan, meet weekly (and even a few emails before or after meeting), My needs were exceeding the ability of the Chandler site as they were not offering an IOP yet. Tsahai helped me to find a place that was close, took my insurance, and that she worked with me hand-in-hand with them. She empowered me with the tools and meditation techniques to find balance. The office staff also has been phenomenal! Without all these amazing people, Tsahai at the front of the list, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am back at work and feel empowered with the tools and support system to stay strong. Thanks Tsahai!!!"
"Stay away from this place!!!! Unprofessional is an understatement with their business practices. For one they don’t do appointment reminders. They send them out the night before the appointment right after they close. So, no time to make any adjustments. We were originally at the Chandler office for my son. However, they canceled us as clients because they said we had too many cancellations. However, our therapist canceled on us several times and we asked for zoom for a meeting. They told us sure but after sitting on the zoom link they sent for 45 minutes only to find out they don’t meet with minors over zoom. It wasn’t a big deal though because we had moved and needed to change locations anyway. So, we transferred to the Gilbert location and scheduled an appointment. About 3 days before the appointment I get a $147 charge on my card from them. No explanation as to why or what for. Then the following day I get a notification that my appointment was canceled. No reason or explanation why. I call no answer. I call again, no answer. I leave a voicemail, no reply. I sent them a text message asking why my appointment was canceled and what I was charged for. They said they canceled the appointment because of I didn’t complete the in-take forms and because there was insufficient funds. Now mind you, they sent me the patient in-take forms the previous day at 2:13pm. Then at 2:20pm they sent me a message saying they are canceling my appointment. Then they took $147 from my account that Monday and canceled the appointment Tuesday for “insufficient funds”. Not to mention everytime my son attended a visit here we paid the co-pay. I know this for a fact because I keep all my receipts from his visits. So, what is the charge for???? Been waiting for days for someone to give me this answer. Image going to this place for mental health support, only for them to do things like this. Further declining someone’s mental health. This is their business practice. Stay away!!!!"
"Edit to add: So much for that phone call. I was charged $750 all at once for several sessions after having a session canceled on me with no reason given and no communication. I guess I know why it was canceled now. Charging for multiple sessions all at once is shady business practices. Most people do not have hundreds of dollars just sitting in their account for a lump sum medical payment. These should be charged as they go, which I thought they were, being charged to my HSA. At the very least a courtesy call to verify the amount was acceptable would be the bare minimum of customer/patient care. Luckily I used a credit card to put down my favorite dog yesterday. Yes, you've added insult to injury and I'll be canceling my future sessions in order to recover from the financial burden on top of it all."
"I have been seeing Tsahai for a couple of years now. I’m 65, I have had a few therapist over the years but never anyone that showed the compassion and caring that Tsahai shows. I would say she goes above and beyond and recommend her highly."
"I began therapy with Tsahai Dias two months ago. I had no idea how much I would benefit from making this decision. She is truly a gifted therapist. She has helped me tremendously with everything in my life with her advice and knowledge on so many topics. I feel so lucky to have found her and am excited to continue our sessions! Every time I leave a session, I feel on top of the world - stronger, braver, more resilient and feel like I AM going to get through these times! Tsahai is an amazing therapist. Thank you for all you do!"
