"Very happy with the service that this store offers on parts and water testing. I've been in there multiple times over the years with broken pool filter parts and I think the woman's name is Randi?? who was very helpful with assisting me and getting me out the door with what I needed. I know some of their products are a little expensive but to me it's worth it to have employees like her working there helping out customers with in-house parts and assembly rather than waiting days if not weeks from purchasing things online."

"They've got all the stuff to keep your pool clean and safe plus all the floaties and everything that you could possibly need to fix or repair your equipment. Smiling helpful employees are able to get you going and if they can't fix it they know who can."

"It looks like some of the associate there all they want is selling their product without even listening to you.! I got there a person his name was Tyler I think I was trying to explain what going on on my pool but He literally Kept ignoring me and he even didn’t one eye contact to me !He just did his water test and goes here what do you need this product and I go OK but did you listen what I said here’s an issue and then he go OK then take this instead! I like their manager on this location I’ll come at least once a week I spent more than $300 on the pool chemical but that’s not an issue the way the treat customer was not cool"
