"I’m so over this Leslie’s pool location. Every single time I go in here it’s just another problem. I ordered part for my pool that showed up broken. The staff told me to order the screws as well. The screws were 3$ a piece. The part showed up broken the screws showed up 3 days later. I returned the broken part and ordered a new one. The screws I found at Home Depot for 1.29$ for 6. I went to return them and the gasket they sold me that was to large. Now they say they cannot find the order for the screws. Just another bunch of bull with this store. I’m done I will never ever shop here again. The staff is clueless and so unprofessional. I’m done"

"This is the 1st store we went to. We got great advice and were referred to their sister store. There we got the necessary chemicals, supplies, and more helpful advice. Both stores had clean safe parking. It is our first time taking care of our new above ground pool. I recommend B & L to 1st timers and beginners. Lots of fun pool stuff too. Thanks."

"Always very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I dislike and this is true for all of the pool supply stores here in the valley is that they are expensive compared to online prices. I personally saved $100.00 on replacement vacuum hose sections by ordering the exact item on eBay with free shipping. While I love supporting local businesses, this is too big of a price variance for me to over look."
