"Good cover. Sucks they don't ship but they are big. So you have to drive down to the ghetto to get one. Takes about 3 weeks from order date. The kid who brought it oit was nice. Gave me some twine to tie my lift gate down. Looks great in the back yard. Was expensive though."

"The custom spa cover was cheaper than the other places I had checked and they made it fairly quickly. Communication was adequate. I was a little disappointed that it was not covered in any protective material when I picked it up. It was stained black along the hinge. I’m guessing from where it was stored in the warehouse and a hinge tab was partly ripped off. Hopefully it holds up ok to normal wear and tear. Also I specifically asked that the tie downs be placed on the hinge sides but they put them on the opposite sides."
