"I typically enjoy coming here. The staff has been very attentive. They have had someone new the last few times (DeAndre). I find him incredibly rude. I came in today to have my water tested. Nobody else was in the store. He was terse and wouldn’t even make eye contact when I asked questions. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions and acted like he was too busy to want to take the time to test my water. He was very rushed in his explanation. I’ve always had great service here until my last few interactions with him. And today was the worst."

"Don't buy a pool pump from Leslie's they do not warranty them, will pass you off to the manufacture! Bought Jacuzzi pool pump from them and had them install the pump only to have it quit in 2 years and now have been told that Leslie's has no responsibility, and that I am suppose to call the manufacture, however never ending hold when trying to call Manufacture, do not purchase a Jacuzzi pump! Update: after sending e-mail and multiple calls, received a call and technician was scheduled to come inspect the pump. Hopeful at this point"

"I was having problems with my pool water and I took in a sample for testing. Dennis, the Manager and Jenson his assistant walked me through the whole process and explained what they were doing and what they were testing for. FOR FREE!!! After the results were fully printed out, they explained their recommendations and the process and cost. I never felt pressured to buy anything and felt very comfortable with them and their professionalism. I will be returning to follow up on their recommendations!"
