I was wrongfully denied my firearm here when i went to pick up a pawn and when i come in with a letter from the department of justice saying that transaction was not denied there is nothing to overturn, which is what she told me i needed. A letter of overturn. For what if it wasnt denied? Someone needs to be retrained."

They’re the only shop I’ve come across that ask you how much money you would like for your pawn/loan and they try to get you what you need or close to it, anyway. "I have shopped there over 4 times I have bought a couple gold chains and bracelets.. I came in to purchase a firearm the dark skin lady told me I couldn’t use the Mobil state I’d I use for everything she said I needed a I’d . I said ok I waited until my wife got out of work to get my id i went back and tried to purchase a gun .. she said I couldn’t use my credit card that my wife has that we both use . I said ok is it ok if I go and get the 200 from home . I wasted my time and gas i came back with the money .. I was looking at prices for firearms to make sure I wasn’t over paying . Then she tells me I won’t sell u a gun for being on your phone : I showed her what I was doing looking at the prices online . She said I can’t use it when I buying firearms I told her why dint u tell me that before . She said there’s a sigh I asked her were she lied and couldn’t show me one … then she says u left and came back so I dnt want to sell u one anymore . After I clearly asked her If it was ok for me to go and get the cash .. she said yes I came back 10 mins later and she said she won’t sell me one anymore because of that . I told her why dint she tell me before making me waste my time and gas she . She said I should have known this … this is the 2 or 3 time she been rude and disrespectful the first time I came she was being rude so I asked for a different sales person and gave them my business .. I’ am leaving reviews on google letting everyone know this lady is a horrible sales women . She never told me any of the rules she had and expects me to know them without ever telling me them . She seems unhappy and miserable with her life. ."
