"UPDATE: Sunglass Hut fully refunded my return 11/3/22. DO NOT BUY FROM SUNGLASS HUT!! Returned glasses within 30 days on 8/7/22. Was told would receive a home office check. Today is 11/2/22 and still have not received $98 refund. Talked to store manager Jocelyn at Tanger location in Glendale AZ, store #2874, multiple times, she had her RM, Steve Cooper, call me on 10/10/22, he let me know he has placed a call to check on the refund. Today is 11/2/22 and I’m filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs. They accepted the returned glasses back and kept our $98. Please do not buy from this dishonest company. I’m attaching a photo of Sunglass Hut’s “Perfect Pair Promise” which they did not uphold. There are so many retailers that would appreciate your business and stand behind their refund policy, Sunglass Hut does not."
