Very helpful staff that went the extra mile to get me what I needed and saved me lots of money and effort with their assistance. Special recognition to Eric who helped me tremendously while not missing a beat with other customers. The service at this location was well worth the extra miles, especially after going to other local stores. I'll be coming back!"

"I love this Leslies! I used to go to the one in Ahwatukee foothills and the one in Tempe but never had great experiences. I had been going to barefoot pools for a while, but they don’t have the inventory. I have to say store manager Aubree is a pool care guru and she’s saved me countless time and money with her knowledge. I highly recommend this Leslies, it’s worth making the trip to this one over any other within 100 miles."

"Awful experience -- felt dosed with snark by the staff. Came in with a simple need and a product I had used before -- they had something else to offer --- but they acted like I was asking for something that didn't exist and was crazy for even thinking it existed. Then all sorts of snark about estimating my pool size and ---- ugh --- just got out of there. Brick and Mortar lost to YouTube videos and Amazon --- I hate saying that, but if you are going to work to establish a nasty relationship then why should I go out of my way to stop off."

"This location provides great help when you need to diagnose pool problems. But their products are super expensive compared to Amazon and other places online. I buy the muriatic acid there since that can't be shipped."
