"Prices are decent and I liked you can talk to them directly and buy directly from their personal website or use their Ebay account. However, I would have to say that most of the driver / fairway wood shafts I have bought from Proclubs were less quality wise than expected, some considerably more unstable than expected, and some flat out defects. Also, there are some places out there that have better shafts for the price if you are willing to look. Shafts are a very important part of the golf club for consistent playability and accuracy. Unstable / defective shafts can make people think there is something wrong with their swing or the club head type and end up wasting tons of their time and money trying to find the right equipment for their game. Seems like the shaft manufacturers do not have very good quality control. What I found out with shaft retailers like Proclubs is that they don’t necessarily verify / test their shafts for defects before selling them and people don’t realize their shaft’s bad unless they break. I have gotten bad shafts from Proclubs and some decent ones too. However, their shafts are supposed to be grade A aftermarket shafts, but then why do so many turn out badly? I don’t expect carbon/graphite shafts to be perfectly straight, but seems challenging to get a relatively straight shaft from Proclubs. Good shafts, including some cheaper stock shafts too, will often have the shaft logo lined up with one of the shaft stable planes to line up with the club face for a more stable release into the ball and more consistent face contact. But I found lots of shafts from Proclubs didn’t match up the logo to stable planes potentially causing people to struggle with performance and consistency. One reason I ‘Pure’ all my shafts. Shafts should be relatively stable in any adaptor orientation to accommodate changing loft, etc. Finding the stable planes is one of the things I do then verify the shaft overall for stability. Most of the new previous model sub $100 authentic aftermarket shafts I have gotten from Proclubs were unstable and I have seen numerous new cheap stock shafts that were better than Proclubs’ authentic aftermarket shafts. Other potential retail shaft issues are shaft weight way off or overall flex/CPM is off, but have not experienced this much that I remember with Proclubs shafts, except for maybe one shaft. I did buy an older used Taylormade driver once from someone else where the stock shaft stiffness was almost 2 flexes off from what was stated on the shaft. And from golfdealsandsteals, I bought three 82 gram hybrid shafts that each weighed 100 grams, despite the shaft saying 82. I had bought some authentic name brand premium shafts from Proclubs that Proclubs verified were top of the line shafts made in the manufacturer’s main top quality facility, not China or somewhere like that. It turned out they were not premium shafts. One was actually a watered down version made in China and was unstable, and another was one of the most unstable shafts I have ever seen. It was uncontrollably unstable and it had a CPM / stiffness difference around 7 to 8 CPM. A 3 CPM difference is not good for any shaft, but 7+ CPM difference? Makes one think how an unusable shaft this bad gets through manufacturing quality controls and how does it get out to the public? It makes me wonder if shaft manufacturers put defect shafts in storage for years then sell them off cheap to retailers at a later date. I have generally run across a lot of flawed previous model Project X, Aldila and Fujikura shafts in particular, and less with Mitsubishi (non-Aldila), Graphite Design, and Accra. Another quick experience. When returning a shaft once, due to a Proclubs mistake, they said they would refund me my shipping charges. They did not refund the shipping and had to reach out to them to get the additional credit. Possibly just an oversight, but overall, a major waste of my time."

"Trade in values are offensive, borderline criminal. Dude who typically answers the sales line shouldn't be typically answering anything. One of the rudest interactions I've had trying to buy something. Pass."

"When I called to get some information, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The clubs I ordered were exactly as described and received early. Will recommend them to my friends. Great place and will do business with them again."

"I purchased a driver from them on eBay, and after regular use, the driver had completely shattered. I am around a 10 handicap - I know that I hit the ball just fine, and this was not caused by my misuse. On the inside, they had put glue in it. They had sold me an already defective club, and the glue was meant to hide it for just long enough to last past the return window that they and eBay cover. Do not buy from here. This is not acceptable, and they have done nothing after I messaged them. They simply told me all their clubs were "guaranteed to be authentic." Sure, but they didn't acknowledge they put glue in them, and sold me a tampered club. They did not offer me any consolation of any sort, nor did they deny that they put glue in my driver. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE."

"Pro clubs sold me a set of Srixon z-forged blades with Nippon shafts. Clubs came with incorrect shafts (KBS). I later found the 3 iron shaft to be severely bent and the grips had no tape underneath them. Seller did offer me a refund but would not help replace the bent shaft. I find that disgusting because that says to me the seller wants to refund me and sell the same set of clubs with shot grips and a bent 3 iron to someone else. I’m keeping the clubs and spending the extra money to correct the issues myself. Won’t purchase from here again. If I were you, I wouldn’t either."
