"This family owned business saved the day and exceeded all my expectations! The father-son duo of Michael and Mike Jr provided extraordinary service after I got carless "doing it myself". I worked with Michael while buying my first e-bike. I'm 45 and I have always been skeptical of e-bikes. My wife and I demoed bikes and we became believers. Fast forward a few weeks and I got a flat going off-road with my new e-bike (really off-road). I changed the flat myself and installed Tannus armor liners. Re-installing my wheel I stripped out the axle bolt (don't ask). I called Michael and he had me bring in the wheel asap. Mike (Jr) re-threaded the axle and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours, no charge. Let me repeat that, they did not charge me for my carelessness. I expect businesses to fix their mistakes quickly, but I have never heard of a business that fixes my mistakes urgently. . I thought I was special, then I realized out that his is just how this family does business, so I had to write a review. I love these guys and they will get all my e-bike business."
