"I spoke with somebody who scheduled me for the 21st. I was told to call their number and ask to see about any cancellations to get me in sooner because I’m also scheduled for potential surgery in six weeks. Instead of being willing to assist me like the last woman did this person told me that it would be December 1 the absolute soonest I can see anyone at all. Which is absolutely contrary to what another person said their schedule has available. It is very clear that one of two things is happening here, this person operates on preferential treatment towards people she is less biased against, or she is lying about their scheduling availability to increase and almost guarantee the odds of being forced to have surgery. Either way it seems entirely in keeping with how Banner as a whole operates."
