"I do not blame CCFS for the damage to my kart, my complaint is that I paid extra for home delivery. After sitting in your whs. for over a week and a few promised "we'll call you backs" never happened, I got a trailer and went directly to your whs and got it myself. I was helped (finally) by an overworked guy named Dee... good man. But I won't be recommending you people. I paid for delivery. I realize it would have been difficult given the condition in which it arrived at your whs. That being said, all it would have taken to satisfy me was a phone call. Easy, right? Keep your word my friends."
"Everytime I go to get gas there is either something wrong with the pump or it won't accept my debit card. There's no one to communicate with. Always a frustrating experience. Fix it or close the service station down."
"Dats was a fantastic organization until a recent acquisition. Since the acquisition last year this company has been terrible to work with. I would not recommend DATS under their new ownership group. We have stopped shipping with them and have found other regional carriers who are much more efficient and easier to work with."
"2 of the drivers for this company go to the big o tire right next to my shop. I have a barrel placed at the end of the dinger bell hose. Both driver move my barrel to turn around but neither of them put it back. Thats lazy behavior and extremely annoying. Look if your gonna move stuff at my shop better be putting it back especially when asked to. The other driver that comes by doesnt even have to move it i dont know if hes just better at driving truck or what but im getten frustrated with these drivers."
