"We have worked with Dr. Lynne Harrison since my daughter was eight. She is now 27 and doing more than any other doctor thought she would be able to, thanks to Lynne’s help and guidance. I don’t know what we would have done without her. IEPs ( individual education plans ) are not for the faint of heart but Lynne attended ( along with my husband and I ) as our advocate and it was AMAZING! When she was speaking, you could hear a pin drop. I had gone to Haley’s first ever IEP meeting by myself. Sitting there across from seven teachers and others I had never even seen before, I was already intimidated . Our daughter is very pretty and has learned to carry on a brief, conversation, ( on topic) so it was so hard to explain to them what her difficulties were. I was actually told I wasn’t “pushing” my daughter hard enough! AAARGH!! My husband and I also see Lynne together and/or separately to basically help us with the challenges of raising an autistic daughter, and life in general. She’s great! Thanks Lynne!!!"
