"The communication with this company is incredibly poor. I have been strung along for 4 days now (since first contact) for an order that requires a signature. I placed the order 3 weeks ago- unsure how long they had it prior to contacting me. Still do not have an answer when it will be delivered. I have left messages that were not returned. It is very difficult to reach a live person. I even tried to do their job for them & pick up the item but it “requires approval” from a third party I have never heard of. When I complained to Sam’s Club, the company I purchased the item from, they reached out to them & were told they were unable to reach me- even though I had talked to them twice-complete lies! If you are thinking about hiring this company, I would keep looking…. I highly DO NOT recommend this company! I am completely shocked by how unprofessional they are!"
"Whoever was driving truck 3039 on August 19th clearly should not be driving a truck. He cut me off to turn into a parking lot and could have easily killed me. Makes me wonder if this company hires those who fail their driving tests, because their drivers clearly reflect that."
