"I called Apache MD Trnsp. for scheduling trnsp. to my PCP,spoke with very "Rude dispatcher* Cheyenne" cursed at me the end of my call.He doesn't know me at all!I'm Native American with health issues and to refuse to hear me out ,he hung up the phone! Never thought that Company would disrespect a Loyal patient/consumer until today. Beware Natives."

"Poor Service I mean horrible. I was left in the heat for hours. Called the dispatcher she said they will not come pick me up due to their mistake. Talked to the supervisor she was very rude and disrespectful did not resolve any issues. I also almost had a very bad car accident with the driver that stayed on his to and from the whole trip. Horrible company to deal with. American pony express is the best."

"Their dispatch says will only set up transportation 48 hr in advance and when call to set up always told full. If drivers late and will not make it to appointment on time and cancel transportation because no use going if can nit be seen SON'S OWNER will put on do nit transport list because of their mistakes. They used to be very efficient but in the passing months they have been falling in care of transportation started being late or too full to add clients the 48 hr rule used to be fine. They used to be a great company but somewhere they lost or should I say loosing the company they used to be... Hope they grow back to the 5 star company they used to be. Also when asked to speak to owner or who the guy says was the owner son he said the owner has no doings... Also said could provide recording of call where dispatch stated did not set up transportation but set up and no one called or notified of the actual what they did... How is there 3 no shows when 1 transportation you guys sent for the wrong day. Remember I have the calls recorded and the second you guys set up for the wrong time and for the time you guys set up were 10 minutes late for an already 40 minute drive driver showed up at. 840 when the doors are locked at 9 remember the drive is 40 minutes. Why would I go if I would have to wait 2 hrs just to come back. Your company makes no sense. N there are the only 2 not 3 times"

"First driver didn't seem to know where he was going tried to drop us off at the wrong location then went the opposite way. Finally dropped us off making me late for my appointment. When done took dispatch an hour to get a cab to us. Second driver was friendly and polite"
