"Doctor Phillip Stensrud Goes above and beyond for his clients. He listens he cares he believes you and he believes in you. He is uplifting, positive and knowledgeable. "Waiting MONTHS to get an appointment. Therapists AND Psychiatrists CONSTANTLY canceling your appointments. Takes months to get a new appointment just to be cancelled AGAIN! I do NOT recommend this business! Still suffering from horrible anxiety and panic disorder."
"TERRIBLE place!! I have been through several Psychiatrists at both locations within the past 6 months because they can't keep employees. One, I had scheduled an appointment with and the day of my appointment, I called to confirm my appointment (just a feeling) and I was told my appointment was cancelled because the Psychiatrist I had my appointment with "didn't last long". At that point, I had to reschedule with another person that was completing their training (whatever that means) and that was 2 months out. When I finally met with her, she's a total joke and has a "we'll just go with it, whatever" attitude. I told her TWICE the prior medications I had been on and the ones that DID NOT work for me or had terrible side effects, and she still prescribed TWO of them. One of the medications that DID work for me previously, she would not prescribe. If she read my previous history, she would have seen that I actually did great with it. They clearly don't read up on prior notes and it shows with the services they provide! They are extremely short staffed, their caseloads are outrageous and it clearly shows in how they run people in and out of there like cattle. I'm in the process of looking for a new place that actually cares and takes the time to get to know their patients. They are suppose to be helping individuals with mental health issues, NOT causing more anxiety and stress. DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER LOCATION."
"Pathways has one psychiatrist to see in person, one student doctor, online psychiatrist in Phoenix who apparently does a psych evaluation from in less than 30-minutes on a iPad in the office, and nurses to offer children and families in need. Their only job is to diagnose and give drugs. Their non doctor staff lack experience and training, and overall, have very little to offer. They can direct you to other professionals around town who do what they lack. They don’t take private insurance or self pay. Their staff put an entire group of special needs students in danger during their winter camp and the staff didn’t have the most basic knowledge/training, especially when their attempt to take them to get cheap hot dogs for lunch at Costco. Imagine a van full of special need kids in a Costco parking lot trying to go inside for cheap hotdogs….A huge fail and liability! They’ve also called children protective services and made bogus claims(retaliation) after parents were questioning their inability to provide appropriate basic services for their children. I do not recommend anyone bring their children here."
"I have been going there since the ending of my sophomore year of high school, I am Senior in High School now. I don't really like MY psychiatrist but I really love the nurses, the receptionists and the therapist. My little brother is starting to go there now too. I have multiple mental issues. I have honestly gone a very long ways since I started there. I recommend this Place 100% to anyone. But do understand that this place *IS NOT A FREE* Mental and Behavioral Health Clinic. It is a doctor's office, you need to be covered by your insurance to get services because literally everything medical wise requires insurance coverage. Even the Emergency Room! (shocking right?!)"
