"I am outraged !! While the services provided were satisfactory initially, there were significant issues that arose over time. Difficulty in Communication: Unfortunately, the institute has struggled with answering calls promptly, which has resulted in inconvenient situations for me, including missing out on necessary medication refills. This lack of responsiveness endangered my health and well-being, as I had to endure withdrawals twice due to the inability to obtain my medication online. Decline in Quality of Care: Following the departure of Dr. Nicola, I noticed a decline in the quality of care during my appointments. The level of attention and expertise seemed to diminish, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience. High Session Fees: Additionally, the session fees are quite steep at $200 per session, especially considering that much of the time is spent asking routine questions about my well-being on a scale of 1-10."
"I cannot believe the service at this facility. I work in Healthcare and they are pretty much neglecting my daughter. We were referred and scheduled quickly but they do not care to return my calls inquiring on the prior auth the medication needs. My teen was seen several days ago and prior auth still hasn't been started. I feel robbed and I will be sure to report to the medical board. They push on you to use their pharmacy. Now I have to pay another high copay to see a new psych because of this joke of a facility. This was our first experience ever with a psych office and what a disappointment. I will be sure to inform our pediatrician where I work the level of neglect here so we do not refer to this location again. *They do not return calls *They pick and choose what to respond to on emails. *No e-prescribe *Push for you to use their pharmacy * Phone calls are never answered"
"You can trust this office to ignore emails requesting new patient appointments, giving you the wrong appointment location, AND fail to communicate to you when an appointment needs rescheduling after you drive 45 minutes to get there. You can trust this office to make you feel worse than when you arrive. Piss poor business practices and communication all around. **update: office reached out to reschedule me with the owner of the clinic to provide the services missed from 11.8.23"
"Ok.. so I've been here for 5 yrs. Started out alright. I see a lot people complimenting Skiano & Nichola.. They're gone now( hence maybe sudden appt cancel) the(drs) leave because Dr Kia DOES NOT PAY ENOUGH! This is reflected in all of the business. Front desk is awful,rude & wants to know your personal business (illegal) iop counselors always changing,bathrooms disgusting in fact the house/ buildingits in istself run down in general... He doesn't want to pay enough & does not appreciate good staff. Period. He's making a ton of $$$ running this Wellbeing.. he can pay great drs counselors to stick around. All in all if he got his house in order & paid properly it would be great. But that's not how it is... costsnt turnover which is bad for mentally health. Anyway try at your own risk..peace.."
"Awful experience. I was told I needed to do labs for my insurance, weekly, none of the labs were covered by my insurance and I received $2,000+ bill from just the first set (of 3). The office ensured me they would take care of it within 24 hours, 3 weeks later and still no attempt from the office. I have emailed and called and gotten nowhere."
