"Update: I received a call from Kat, the owner, who was amazing in trying to find a therapist for my child. Communication was great and she was very kind and compassionate. Called to schedule appointment for child. Was told only one person available and they do teletherapy and no insurance accepted. I said no. I am very disappointed"

"There are people in this world that go above and beyond their duties and show you that they care. I made an appointment for my daughter and received a call back from Cat the same day. Unfortunately, our insurance was not in-network for her to be seen at Thriveworks. That's when Cat went the extra mile and put out a lifeline to her colleagues to find an agency that would accept our insurance AND be the best fit for what my daughter needs. Within less than an hour she sent me a message saying she had found an agency and here is the number. She also followed with the offer to find financing for our appointments if for some reason we need more appts than what would be covered by our insurance. As a Mom, words cannot convey how much I appreciate Cat and how refreshing it is to speak to a provider that truly cares about my family and their mental wellbeing. "I have been seeing counselors and therapists for many years now and have received tremendous healing but was betrayed by my last counselor and wasn’t sure about seeing one again. I have suffered a lot of trauma in my life and knew I had to get back to repairing the brokenness of my life.
