"A urologist recommended pelvic floor therapy specifically with biofeedback for my 6 year old son. Called the front desk to ensure they practiced this there. Got a terse answer after I told them that I live in Sierra Vista and didn’t want to drive all the way there to hear the provider say they didn’t do that. Very tense appointment with Rachel and a student a few weeks later, who came off as bothered we were there with a child. Didn’t seem to know what a biofeedback machine back was. Spent an hour assessing my son’s intake and had no treatment plan or recommendation for when to see them next. Left clueless with a handout for my son to sit on a toilet correctly. (My son was sensory processing disorder.) In contrast, a few months later, called the Speedway location and had Angelica go out of her way to explain the biofeedback process , which providers did it at which location, and set a up with multiple appointments without even asking…"
