"I never thought it would work, but it did! I have been going here for approximately 5 months. I came in for chronic neck pain which I've had for almost 8 years. I'm extremely active and have been most of my life. After an initial consultation with Dr. Steve, I was on my way with the PT. Each week they built different things into my sessions. This slowly advanced by strength and movement over time. The occasional adjustments from Dr. Steve helped a ton too. And I loved his philosophy of not wanted to adjust your spine too often. I stopped working out for the first few months of my treatment, which helped. Did I want to stop working out? No, but I LISTENED to their advice and it paid off. You have to do the work. And sometimes the work is to STOP pushing so hard. I love the whole team there. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. But I have to send a special shout-out to Anthony. He has a way of pulling you out of your pain through goofy humor and active listening skills. He's amazing at his job. But again, love the whole team! I don't get why there are all these negative reviews. If you are looking for a quick fix and don't want to put in the effort to get better, don't bother coming in the first place. If you don't take care of yourself, no one can fix you. This team wants you to heal. They are caring and have the skills to help you. But you have to meet them half way. Today it was my last session and I had tears in my eyes. I'm going to miss them! I am beyond grateful for my healing journey with Vitality Physical Therapy. I will recommend them to everyone I know."

"I was referred by my ortho doc because I wanted to try dry needling for my shoulder issues. My friend, who had similar problems and symptoms said it had resolved her issues. I was told we’d try exercise first. The exercises helped but I felt the majority of time I stood around waiting for instruction. The majority of the exercises I found on YouTube and several I couldn’t repeat at home because they required special equipment. When I realized it cost more to use my insurance than pay out of pocket (because of my deductible), I decided I would manage on my own. This seems like a racket to me. Very disappointing and discouraging."
