"After a few months distance from this experience, I'm ready for a review. First - understand that this is a highly structured program and there is little to no changes based on a couples needs. The workbook is everything and it's the singular focus of the therapy. The therapists listed on the site might also list other modalities they are experienced in, but there really wasn't enough space or latitude within "the program" to try those. We were really looking forward to somatic based therapies, but instead got a lot of seriously heady CBT style cognitive reframing, that left my wife and I raw, hurt, and more distant than ever. Second - I think our therapist could have been much better if we weren't in the "program" and I wish she hadn't sold it along with the promise of somatic based methods, which didn't really become a thing until far too late. Maybe if somatic methods were introduced earlier. Third - the "program" is not friendly to the neurodiverse and functions a lot on communication to the point where nothing I could do or say seemed right and it was burning me out and FAST. The constant "could you have communicated this better?" In our sessions led to a lot of frustration and resentment with our therapist. Fourth - this entire business seems to be more in service to the owners egos than real treatment. It's not just the workbook, it's their podcasts and almost cult of personality that we saw. I could care less about what was said on X podcast episode at a certain point because most of it was so alien and distant to what we were experiencing that it just seemed useless. All in all, I think that there's probably a better place for us. Someplace that doesn't have a pre-determined program that systemically denies patients a more personalized and humanized experience."

"This program, and specifically Teresa, absolutely saved our relationship. When we first started, we were at the end of our rope and this was a last-ditch effort.
