"I called them to inquire about a couple of things that I needed to have repaired, they said to come in and they would try to accommodate me. I arrived at their office around 1:30 pm and talked to the service manager, he brought the technician up to the front and included him in the discussion as to the repairs needed. I showed them the water leak, the loose toilet, and the wiring problem with the tow dolly. I described what it was doing and what was not working properly. I explained that a previous repair shop said that an electrical box was bad and not working correctly. They fixed the toilet and the water leak and did a good job with that. However the electrical was different, they spent 3 1/2 hours on it and I had to leave the dolly there till the next day and the rest of the job was worse than what i was when I got there. They explained that the electric box that I told them about to begin with was the problem and they didn’t fix it. They cut into the wiring harnesses and even ran new wires to the plug. They ran a new ground wire and it was to the rear body panel ( which was fiberglass) so everything was dim and didn’t work properly. I paid the bill and found a different place to get it fixed properly. I would not recommend them to anyone. The guy who worked for them in the past did fix the problem in about 1 hr by replacing the electrical box that I told him was bad, thanks Miguel you listened and fixed what I told you"

"I had a fridge that stopped working and was able to get in and have it diagnosed within a couple of days of calling them. They handled my concerns professionally and submitted my claim through my warranty. It took a couple of weeks for approvals and ordering parts but that was expected. Our fridge now works great. On pick up we spoke to Danny (from the workshop) he explained what they did and even helped fix a brake system wiring concern he picked up after doing a final overall release inspection. Special “Thank you” Danny and Zack (service) for their thoroughness professionalism. We highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re in need of some concerns with your RV."
