"It was bucket list experience for the four of us that exceeded our expectations. We did a sunrise float from the Gilbert location. Captain Matt and his crew were excellent as our float was pretty much the full hour and he nailed the landing. The ride almost didn’t happen cuz we were only in Phoenix for two days visiting from Canada and the weather on the first day (morning and evening) was too windy. Thankfully Heather from the office was able to fit us into a float that happened the following morning. Other than you have to do this at least once, my only advice to out of town visitors is to NOT book a non-refundable discounted fare like we did as floats are often canceled due to weather and they are stringent on not refunding such fares for any reason. We almost had to eat the $139 per person discounted fare price if the second day hadn’t worked."

"I wish I could give 10 stars the flight was amazing and worth the money! We watched the other balloons in the area go straight up and down and we literally traveled through the valleys and mountains! Amazing and will definitely book again when in the area and recommend to others! Shane was our pilot and there were 7 of us on the flight. To top it all of the flight crew and staff were so nice and efficient getting the balloon up and down safely ! Will be back with my son"
