"Booked our team at the entirely wrong hotel. When contacted about it she made excuses blaming the system. She couldn’t get us moved to the hotel we reserved our rooms at. When asked to make changes to our arrival dates and cancel some rooms she was non responsive. Had to eventually handle everything through the hotel. Cathy just stopped responding to emails and voicemails. She even mentioned that she did this to another team the previous weekend and they didn’t find out until they were all trying to check into the hotel she didn’t book them at! Such a huge mess and handled soooo poorly!"
