Now Zach gently leads me through each session, with others stepping in as needed. Not only are their processes and devices effective, but they also explain how the surrounding muscles work so I can do moderate exercises at home in between sessions. They’re really knowledgeable and wonderful!"

"This company is not transparent about pricing at all. When I went in the first time I asked them what the price was and was told $100 a visit, and that if I did self pay or bill to insurance it would be the same (because I have a HDHP). Then I get hit with a $300 bill a few months later because they billed my insurance 2-3x more than what they told me per visit. Never ONCE in my 5 visits there did they think they needed to tell me that my total for that day had amounted to more than the $100 I already paid. Yes, its my fault for not reading their fine print, but what kind of service provider doesn't communicate what they are really charging you and just sends the bill months later? I even called in again after all this to make sure I didn't just hear her wrong, and she told me the same thing... The service itself wasn't terrible, but wasn't personable either. They pretty much just sat me down to do certain exercises/movements, left me there to go sit at their desk, and then came back 5-10 minutes later to send me to the next one without really explaining anything. And come to find out now, every freaking 'station' they send you too pretty much incurs another charge on your bill that they wont tell you about but you'll be responsible to pay 3 months later. I'm so sick of this health care system its such a scam and these guys are part of the problem LOL."

"Mountainland Rehab deserves 10 stars. I visited for low back pain and sciatic nerve issues that radiated down my leg. From the moment I first visited Steve , Zack, Dillion and every single Aide that worked with me and developed a plan of care that worked for me. They listened to my concerns every time I went in which was 3 times a week for 2 months. My pain has greatly decreased and now discharged with home exercises. I felt welcomed, cared for and will return if needed in the future (especially for the traction). They do an excellent job , plus they played great music! Thanks Steve and staff they will be friends for life!"
